Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so once an order is placed, we may not be able to make changes. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us ASAP, and we’ll do our best to assist you. -

Simply enter your discount code in the designated field during checkout, and the discount will be applied before payment. Sometimes, we already have the code there for you! -

Absolutely! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. -
Do you ship internationally?
Right now, we only ship within the U.S. -
What do I do if my package is lost or delayed?
If your package hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us. If it’s lost in transit, we’ll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. -
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition. -
How do I start a return?
Email us at returns@nayniestreasures.com with your order number and reason for return, and we’ll guide you through the process. -
Do you offer exchanges?
At this time, we don’t offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item. -
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. -
What if I receive a damaged or defective item?
Oh no! We want to make this right. Please contact us with photos of the damaged item, and we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund. -
How do I wash/care for my clothing items?
For best results, wash clothing in cold water on a gentle cycle and tumble dry low or hang to dry. Check the product tag for specific care instructions. -
Do your leggings have pockets?
Yes! We have leggings with double pockets, perfect for carrying your phone, keys, or small essentials. -
Are your tumblers dishwasher safe?
Most of our tumblers are dishwasher safe, but for longevity, we recommend handwashing. -
How can I join giveaways and contests?
We frequently host giveaways on Facebook and Instagram! To enter, follow the instructions in our posts—usually, you’ll need to like, comment, and tag friends. -

Do you have a referral program?
Not yet, but we’re looking into launching one soon! - Do you have an affiliate program? Yes! On the bottom of our home page we have a Become An Affiliate link. You can sign up there. We currently offer 10-15% commissions.
