No-Bake Lemon Cheesecake Bars

A light and creamy dessert with a zesty kick!

Ingredients:
Crust:

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

  • ¼ cup melted butter

  • 2 tbsp sugar

Filling:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • ½ cup powdered sugar

  • 1 cup whipped cream or Cool Whip

  • 1 tbsp lemon zest

  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

Instructions:
1️⃣ Make the crust: In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into an 8x8-inch pan and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
2️⃣ Make the filling: Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth.
3️⃣ Gently fold in whipped cream, lemon zest, and lemon juice.
4️⃣ Spread the filling evenly over the crust. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours before slicing.
5️⃣ Serve chilled with extra lemon zest on top!
